I have to say, one of my favourite things from the mandalorian is seeing things from the multiple Star Wars animated series come to life

Like, a realistic Loth cat? Love it! Love how easily recognizeable it is!!!

Super battle droids?? They look fantastic!!! SO mucc better than the ones in episodes 2 and 3!!! (Couldn’t find a gif sry)

And D A R K S A B E R??? This is something that has O N L Y existed in Clone wars and Rebels (and maybe in another show but those are the two I’ve watched so-), and I was sO EXCITED to see it (even if Gideon I’d wielding it), like curl-up-in-a-ball-and-squeal-while-my-uneducated-father-looks-on-in-confusion excited. Imho, Darksaber looks really cool in the animated shows, and it looks even better in the mandalorian???? Like???? An epic mandalorian lightsaber relic that symbolizes power and leadership??? HELLS YES!!

I really hope that darksaber plays a pivotal part in the next season of the mandalorian, because it is soooo damn cool!!!
