i am not required to forgive any form of abuse, mental or physical, just because somebody has some sort of familial relation to me. i am not obligated to accept apologies just because somebody is a parental figure in my life. please stop making it seem like familial relations are worth more than my emotional and physical stability and how safe i feel within my own body and home
