They love and appreciate you so much! They may be too flustered to say it in public, but once you’re all snuggly under a soft blanket at home?? The compliments never cease!! They love you so so much, and they’re super happy to spend this holiday with you <3
If Your F/O Is Tough/Strong:
Can you imagine your strong F/O just SWOOPING you up to get you under the mistletoe? CAUSE THEY SURE CAN!!! They may be tough, but you have a very special place in their heart. One of the reasons they keep themselves fit is so they can continuously lift you! They adore you, and they’d give you the world if they could <3
If Your F/O Is Caring/Sweet:
Picture this: You wake up with the perfect gift on your bedside table. It’s just the right amounts of thoughtful and kind, and you feel as if whomever left it for you really knows you better than anyone else. Attached is a note, reading: ‘Stay in bed, I’ll be back with breakfast and cocoa! I hoped you’d love the gift as much as I love you, but I think that’s impossible <3′
If Your F/O Is Heroic/Brave:
They couldn’t do anything without you, and they make absolutely sure that you know that this Christmas! They may be the hero everyone looks up to, but you’re their hero, and they want to express that by taking you wherever you want to go! Anywhere from the edge of the world to the recesses of another universe, they’ll take you there, because they love you so much, and they’d be a total mess if not for you <3
If Your F/O Is Anxious/Shy:
You’re their comfort. You’re their rock. They love and appreciate you so much, and you’ve helped them grow a lot since you’ve known them. They may not be very strong, but they would do anything for you! Picture your shy F/O, struggling through phone calls, or anxiously speaking to a sales clerk, all because they need help finding you a perfect gift, because they know you could do so much better than them, and they feel extremely lucky to have you <3
If Your F/O Is a Dreamer/Go-getter:
Every time they look at you, there’s a wisp of awestruck astonishment in their eyes. They’ve never seen someone so beautiful and valid and warm. They adore you from your head to your toes! If only they could, they’d pluck every star from the sky just to place it in your perfect hands. Imagine your F/O wrapping their arms around you in a tight hug, because they never ever want to let go <3
If Your F/O Is Evil/Grumpy:
Weather they’re a villain, or just in a constant bad mood, you’re the best thing they have in their entire life. You’re the light in the dark that keeps them sane, a lighthouse in the middle of a storm. They love you more than they love anything. They may be rough around the edges, but there’s a well-hidden soft spot for you in the center of their heart, and they wouldn’t trade that for the whole world. <3
If Your F/O Is Stoic/Cold:
They may not know how to say it, but they love you. They love you so so much that they don’t know how to handle it! They may be reserved in the emotional department, but when you’re around they just can’t help but let their walls down a touch. They won’t say it aloud, for fear of ruining their perfectly sculpted cold reputation, but they’d get you anything and everything you want for Christmas if only they could. They can’t, because that’d be impossible, but who says they can’t try, right? <3
Your F/O sees your efforts, and they’re proud of you for doing your best. You are, and have always been, enough for them. You are valid, and they love you. Don’t stop trying, they know you can do this. <3
If You’re Getting Better:
Your F/Os are so proud of what you’ve accomplished! They know it’s been hard, and they’re so impressed with your progress!! Keep trying, and keep getting through stuff and getting better, because your F/O believes in you. <3
If You’re Stressed/In a Rut:
You are allowed to take breaks. You are allowed to be tired, or uninspired, or unmotivated. You’re a person too. Your F/O is encouraging you the whole way, and they get it. They get that you’re tired, and you don’t feel like going forward. Sometimes, you’ve gotta wade through the mud to get to the good part. Just because you’re wading through mud, doesn’t mean there’s no end, or no good part. Your F/O knows you can get through this <3
If You’re Uncomfortable/Panicked:
Imagine your F/O, wrapping their hand around yours, and helping you through this. They remind you to breath, that these problems/discomfort are only temporary, and that you’re doing so good. Don’t forget to breath, because your F/O is right there to keep you grounded <3
You’re F/O knows what it’s like to feel alone. We all do. They want you to know this: You are not alone. Whatever you’re going through, whatever you feel, I assure you, there’s someone out there going through the same thing. Your feelings and issues are valid, and your F/O is gonna keep encouraging you to push through this. You can do this. You’re not alone. You’re valid, and you are loved. <3
