Why are you eating alone, in secret, only to refuse food when you are with your friends/parents? No wonder they immediately clock it

Only eat when they see you eat. They have no reason to be sus if you eat dinner with them, if you go out with them, if you have a snack in front of them. They don't have to know its your only meal that day.
