Wake up. This is your life, for God sakes. It’s time to face up to it. You can’t get anywhere, can’t get over anything, if you don’t let yourself feel anything in the first place. It’s time.

Time heals all wounds. And if it doesn’t, you name them something other than wounds and agree to let them stay.

don’t you dare let yourself fall for a poet don’t you dare let yourself fall for me I’ll crawl into your body writing poetry in your veins becoming the very thing that you breathe don’t you dare let yourself fall for a poet I’ll write poetry, my pen, ink deep blue to match the colour of your veins so when I leave, you can’t even erase me you can’t kill the idea of me without destroying you first don’t you dare let yourself fall for me

It’s not the job of this town to make me feel happy. It’s not this town’s fault that I don’t feel I fit in. It doesn’t matter where you are in the world, because it’s about where you are in your head. It’s about the other world I inhabit. The world of dreams, hope, imagination, and memories. I’m happy up here, and because of that I’m happy up there too.

It’s simply enough to figure out how the lessons of life come from the unexpected things. The pre-flight safety demonstration for an example.
“..if you are travelling with a child or someone who requires assistance, secure your mask on first, and then assist the other person..”
Ya, the flight attendants always remind us to save ourselves first before helping others. Is it a selfish way? No, it’s the most logical way. You do need to be in good state before you can have a reasonable expectation of being helpful to anyone else. If you help the person on your right/left first, you’ll pass out even before you help them. But if you fit your own mask first, you may help both, the person on your left or on right.
And I adopted it as one of principles of my life.
I will no longer say “If something bad happen then I’ll help him/her or them first” or “I love you/him/them more than I love my self”. I’ll love my self, first. I’ll save my self, first. I’ll make my self as my priority, first. I’ll be happy, first. Then I can help you, love you, make you happy, or put you on my priority list.
For some who think that I’m so selfish to living a life like this then what can I say is I’m sorry I can’t help you with that. If being a sweet one feels like cheating yourself then stop doing it. You can’t make everybody feel satisfied, well you don’t have to. It doesn’t mean I don’t need anybody else even I need them to hurt me so I can learn to grow well.
So before becoming a hero for someone else be the one for yourself, first. Who needs the praises when you can make yourself feeling safe and comfort?!
Who cares if I’m trying. It’s true that I’m not trying to please their hearts but fix mine first. Just please stop crying over me even you never know how much I tried to stand upright. I got it and I will handle it. Perhaps not in your way or not according to your expectations. Wouldn’t you agree that there’s no person who understand this better than me? I don’t need you to believe me even sometimes I doubt myself. Let’s just realize that each of us already get our portion. You love me? Show me your support and nothing else you can do. But if you think that I deserve these bad things then take a sit and clap your hands. Watch me grow.
I said to my soul, be still and wait without hope, for hope would be hope for the wrong thing; wait without love, for love would be love of the wrong thing; there is yet faith, but the faith and the love are all in the waiting. Wait without thought, for you are not ready for thought: So the darkness shall be the light, and the stillness the dancing.

One Day
Maybe one day I’ll regret it
Not for you, but my own self.
Maybe one day I’ll get used to refer this as the past
Easily move on and put a smile full of gratitude because I made it through it all.
One day maybe we’ll meet again in a different frame,
Then say hello as the stranger.
Just for more one day,
Can we finish this, first?
Sometimes it feels better not to talk. At all. About anything. To anyone.
Breaking Bad (via fy-perspectives)
Traveling alone never made me feel that lonely. There will always be someone we can talk to, even ourselves. Well.. not feeling lonely doesn’t mean you don’t need friends, right? And I’m the one who love to meeting new people! From my experiences let me tell you something, hostels are the best places for making friends.

So, today I just checked my e-mail and I couldn’t resist to smile while knowing that there is a message from Becky! Anw, she’s my roommate when I was in Xi’an, China. One a friendly and funny young lady. She taught me how to spell some words in Chinese and at the same time she also will laughing hard when she hear me spell it wrong.
She wasn’t alone. Becky and her friend, Flora is one of Chinese people who enjoy the Golden Week holiday at that time. Just like Chinese people mostly, they love to talk. About what? Anything. Asking about my country, my job, my hobby or explaining about their food, place, culture, or etc. They will only stop when they have trouble finding words in English. Even sometimes they’re trying really hard by find it in online dictionary.
Got my lesson! It doesn’t matter how language became an obstacle as long as there’s a desire to start a good relationship.
God, I miss ‘em so much!
On their last day in Xi’an, they invite me to eat noodles. They choose beef noodles for me because they know I’m a Muslim (well it help a lot because there is no menu in English).
It’s really fun to hang out with ‘em.
Becky left an apple and also a postcard on my bed before they’re leaving while Flora gave me a beauty mask with two Tang Drink in sachet. Would be glad to having ‘em in here someday!
Anw, congratulations for your graduation, Becky!
She is like the ocean. Vast, deepless, and always so full of life. She is chaos itself, and mystery, as she belongs to no man and no land. Whenever she rages it means hurricanes and destruction but it is always so beautiful the way she is both life and death. She is like the ocean, and you’ll drown in her.
