Transformers bond concept Ideas

So, we all know what a Conjunx Endura is in transformers, it’s the cybertronian equivalent of a wife or husband. You may also know the Amica Endura bond, which can be summarized as “we're best friends but it’s like super important that we are alr?”.

I’ve also encountered the Trine Bond, AKA a fan-made bond concept (I think I could be wrong) that unites three seekers together, romantically or not. It’s rarely more or less than three, hence the self-explanatory name.

Now I have a few other ideas for bond concepts that I’d like to share:

Filia/Filius Endura: the cybertronian equivalent of adoption. Filia is if it’s a femme sparkling, Filius is understandably if it’s a mech. This bond can happen at all ages, but will be stronger if it happens during the sparkling stage of a cybertronian.

Amor Endura: I’ve already seen something similar before, so if you see an older post about this, please let me know so I can credit them. So we have marriage with the Conjunx Endura bond, so maybe we could get the cybertronian equivalent of a boyfriend/girlfriend that isn’t necessarily married?

Familia Endura: this is self-explanatory but I’ll still give a brief description. When two cybertronians, carrier and sire, have a sparkling, an instant bond starts to form. This is the cybertronian equivalent of a parent’s unconditional love towards their children.

Insolitus Endura: this is not a bond, more like a genetic shield against the Amor and Conjunx Endura spark bonds. This “shield” is the cybertronian equivalent of barely or not feeling any romantic AND/OR sexual attraction towards another bot (being Aro/Ace to make it short). Although this shield is seen as a “forge defect” (birth defect), it’s very bendable (like the aro/ace spectrums). Despite this, it’s harder for bots with this shield to find a “lover”, even if they want to find one, but it’s not impossible.

I love the idea of these. Though, I gotta say, making aromantic and asexual orientations as a sort of birth defect isn’t exactly something personally want to adopt.

I personally feel like genders and sexualities on Cybertronians are purely in the processors and sparks. Aka not at all physical. Give us the deep voice burly bots that call themselves femmes. And vice versa, of course.

I feel like being aroace like any sexuality, is entirely you from birth, I also dislike the concept of making it have a physical explanation like a special spark. Why? Because then wouldn’t other sexualities be similar? Wouldn’t bots get medical procedures done so they CAN bond? I dunno. I’m not even aroace myself. I just feel like it’s not something I would adopt into my headcanons.

As for the rest, I absolutely love the concept of adoptive bonds, familial bonds, bonds that come naturally between two parents who aren’t in love, then separate love bonds of all the various types of loves. And I adore that there’s different words for all of it. I love that because it does remind me of micro labels in a way. Like how love is the umbrella term, and then micro labels kinda break it down more accurately.

And maybe some bots find the labels strange or unnecessary, but I find them nice.

As for the aroace thing, I am aroace myself, but I kinda wrote this at like 2 AM on a rush so maybe my brain wasn’t fully on logical mode.

Although, I think I got this idea because, well I personally feel like love is something I just can’t reach for some reason. I don’t know how it works and it bugs me, so I saw it like a shield.

I can say that yes you could surgically remove the shield but it’s a very complicated process.

But it being inside the spark and not the processor isn’t a problem you know? It’s like for transgender bots! (In my headcanons) The bots have a femme spark, but they were forged as a mech and don’t like it OR VICE-VERSA.

Still it’s not called a “Spark Bond” for nothing, I just wanted to illustrate how I feel as an aroace and portray it on a cybertronian level.

I listened to your opinion and find your reasoning reasonable, but I’ll still keep it for now since, well, those are headcanons, you don’t HAVE to adopt them, they’re simply propositions ^v^

But if it ends up being offensive in any way I’ll take it down…

K-Pop Demon Hunters questions that deserve answers

I just watched KPDH recently and OMG THIS MOVIE IS FIREE

Although there are a lot of things that were left unanswered, probably on purpose, and a sequel is already in progress for 2028 or earlier (so long of a wait it’s like GTAVI at this point lol)

So, here are my questions and how I’d answer them in my opinion

(Note that when the sequel will come out, some of them may or may not be answered so I’ll change it OR I’ll reblog it if I need to)

1: Are HUNTR/X the only demon hunters ever or are there others around the world?

I personally think each country, depending on how big the country is, has at least their own demon hunter band. For example, in Canada, AKA the SECOND BIGGEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD, I think that each province should have AT LEAST two demon hunter groups. Same should go with the States, each state should get at least two demon hunter groups to make sure they cover enough terrain. 

2: Is Gwi-Ma the only "demon king" in a way where he wants to rule the world but he's only under South Korea's surface so like how would his reign work?

It’s possible that Gwi-Ma is the only demon king, but that means that if he somehow ends up taking over South Korea, he’ll have to take over China, Japan, Russia, the U.S, and like he’s going to need some help whether he admits it or not. I see this guy as an absolute narcissistic maniac… which means sharing his reign with other “demon royalty” is probably going to be hard for him. This will DEFINITELY start demon wars, politically speaking, if there are other demon royalty around the world.

Although if he somehow accepts to collaborate with other demon kings and queens, considering they accept as well in the first place, this might doom the world we know today. But remember, technically KPDH seems to be going on in 2025 or maybe even later, so this means the U.S has their 886 billions of dollars ready to counterattack, China has their own nuclear shit, and don’t even get me started with North Korea and Russia.

TL;DR, it’s going to be oh so FUCKING MESSY politically AND in civilian casualties if Gwi-Ma somehow manages to get out of the Honmoon.

3: Is the Honmoon only in South Korea or all around the world?

Yes definitely, although it may be called differently. Since it’s technically a “Honeymoon” it might be called the same in English-speaking countries. In french Honeymoon is “lune de miel”, so they might not call it this way. Instead they may call it “le barrage” or something like this (translates to “the dam”)

4: Can the Honmoon be golden at certain places, holed in others or simply normal blue everywhere else?

Logically speaking, it depends. Let me explain. So, when the Honmoon becomes golden, no demon can go through it, including Gwi-Ma. But the thing is that we need to know if the Honmoon has a limit or not. I personally  think it covers all of earth, which means it has no specific limit. If the Honmoon covers all of earth like I think it does, then I think it’s possible that the Honmoon is golden in some places, inexistant in others and normal blue like in South Korea.

For example, in densely populated countries like Japan, China, America (big cities mostly) and others, where there’s a lot of people at the same place, and where music is loved from everywhere around the world, like South Korea, I think it should be a strong blue on the verge of golden, very similar to South Korea since they are in the same situation as them. In less populated areas where the music is less known but is still loved by the local community, like Canada, other parts of America, the U.K, France, Spain, Portugal, Brazil and many others, I think it will be fairly blue but not necessarily golden. As for other countries where their music isn’t fortunate enough to be as well known, their Honmoon may be weak and maybe even slightly torn.

I also think it depends on the hunters themselves, if they do a great job and are powerful, they might bring an actual golden Honmoon, but only in a few cities and not in an entire country. Of course there might be exceptions, but I don’t have all the motivation in the world to elaborate so feel free to share your ideas in the comments I’d genuinely LOVE to hear your takes on the matter ^v^

5: Do hunters absolutely need to be in trios? Can they be in duos or even lone hunters?

It probably depends on what happened in the past with hunters, since in South Korea, they were a trio for hundreds of years, maybe in Poland it was quartets, in Germany it was duos and in Canada it was loners? Even better, maybe they don’t care if it stays the same number in the group? For example in Quebec province they can have a lone hunter in Montréal and a Quintet for the Saguenay regions?

6: If Rumi is a half-demon half-hunter, are there any others elsewhere?

Oh there’s definitely a possibility of another half-demon in the world, there’s no denying it.

7: Could there be some kind of demon king or queen for each country?

Like said before, there could be, but it would become one HELL of a mess if Gwi-Ma ever got out of his hole. But if he doesn’t, it would simply make sense to have a ruler for a nation who wouldn’t have a goal otherwise. There could be a demon queen called Bloodmoon under the CN Tower for Canada, a demon king called Cerberus under the Statue of Liberty for the U.S and a demon queen called 月食 in Japan. I mean all of this could be neat and logical.

Random Transformers Hcs Part 1

Part 2 (not there yet)

- (Previously mentioned in the “my opinion on electric alt modes” post) the spark of a transformer, when in their alt mode, is located inside the engine, so if you wanna kill one aim the front

- (Again previously mentioned in the “my opinion on electric alt modes” post) the venting system of a transformers when in their alt mode includes the exhaust pipes when you’re not a plane and inside the vents (of course) when you’re a plane or helicopter

- If you are a shapeshifter (like Mirage in ROTB or G1 in general), mass-shifting is MUCH less tiring than if you’re a normal bot

- In my head, cybertronian is actually just poorly pronounced Latin, but it’s still understandable when you’re used to it

- Bots aren’t used to the cold in general, since there wasn’t any equivalent of “winter” on their planet. Although my OCs landed in Canada so THEY have winter upgrades. But if you put Optimus on a Canadian highway in the middle of January he’s probably going to be scared shitless…

- There is a version of red energon in every universe, and I headcanon it as somewhat healthy steroids lol (THAT DOESN'T MEAN THEY’RE HEALTHY IRL KIDS)

- I think transformers only know the language(s) of the area they landed in since the internet will be automatically translated to English, for example, in the states, but they’ll be bilingual if they live in a bilingual country (like Canada). But they can still scan the country’s internet again to learn a language easily… but i prefer them being confused when I scream “TABARNAK” when I’m angry lol

- Transformers definitely have their own instruments, and I think they’re very similar to ours, at least for most of them since their music is probably much more advanced than ours considering their language and all

- WITHOUT ARGUMENT THEY HAVE THEIR OWN MYTHS AND TALES FOR SPARKLINGS! After all there’s the infamous spark-eaters… so maybe they have their own equivalent of cryptids… I’d be horrified but intensely curious as at the same time listening to them telling those tales— the Wendigo ain’t got nothin’ against a fucking… I dunno… a 20 ft tall inside a robot’s carcass acting like hundreds of thousands of rats in a trench coat omfg

My opinion on electric alt modes (Transformers Headcanons)

Inspired by a post about Cybertrucks being a torture technique for cybertronians, please tag them if you see the person who posted it first!

I personally think alt modes are only an “outer shell” and don’t impact the inside of the transformer. Although…… it impacts the speed at which they drive…

They can only go as fast as their alt modes allow… for example if they take a lambo as an alt mode like for Sideswipe and Sunstreaker they’ll go as fast as this classic 80s supercar. Although if they take a truck like Optimus or an ambulance like Ratchet, then they’ll be significantly slower.

But I feel like it’s different for electric vehicles… because they don’t have any exhaust pipes for their vent systems, any engine where they could store their spark, and electric cars rarely and I mean RARELY win races against fuel-powered vehicles (NOTE THAT I COULD BE WRONG ON THAT YOU CAN CORRECT ME BUT PLEASE BE CONSTRUCTIVE IF YOU DO)

Sure they could use the battery as a fake one and put their spark in it, but a battery is smaller than an engine, like… SIGNIFICANTLY smaller and I doubt that a spark can be stored in a 12 inch square cube. Or at least it’ll feel trapped.

And good luck with the venting system, no exhaust pipes means less efficient cooling, they could literally start coughing out of nowhere the same way Optimus did in Age of Extinction (I know it’s Bayverse but it’s the only time it clearly happens)

Also… in colder climates it was proven that, like a phone in the cold, the battery of electric vehicles runs out faster especially when it’s not moving. So maybe transformers with electric vehicles would have less resistance to the cold.

But I HIGHLY doubt any transformer wants an electric vehicle as an alt mode tbh

SDE (Spirare Durum Est)

Maybe Trigger warning for disturbing? I dunno…

Completely made up cybertronian illness that is NOT CANON but I created it so might as well share it—

Context:

I was writing about my Apprentice AU OC from the Apprentice AU that @energ00n created (shoutout to ene cuz bro was one of the many bloggers who kickstarted my transformers addiction) and I ended up writing a full ahh paragraph about it so here it is—

Description of the disease:

A rare chronic illness that comes naturally when a spark is forged (cannot happen if it’s a cold frame that’s activated it needs to be a spark born from the well of AllSpark)

It’s a “dysfunction” of the venting system of the bot who has it, and it looks like the throat and lower mouth of a bot has been “ripped off” kinda like if you pulled the jaw off of a human skeleton and only left the upper half. This condition makes the bot who has it unable to:

— Eat/drink energon without assistance

— Use the ventilation system correctly

— Some cases include difficulty to use a voice box properly

“Cure”:

There is no permanent cure, since it’s as if your body couldn’t function properly with and without a jaw and throat, because yes, many tried to fuse, weld and ever replace the throat of the patients with the condition but it always ended up suffocating them. Same goes for venting system, but surprisingly we can manage to replace the voice box without any issues.

There exists a special and very specific prosthetic able to fix the problem temporarily, since it needs to be changed every few stellar cycles (years). But it helps the patient to be able to consume energon relatively normally without pain, the same goes for the vents.

The prosthetic looks like a lower jaw, although it is carefully connected to the throat and vents of the patient to make sure it doesn’t fall off. This is why it needs to be checked regularly as this type of prosthetic is still technically in development.

Our goal is to find a permanent cure… but the war stopped most researches as it “wasn’t the main priority”… the disease was forgotten, same goes for its victims…

My take on how transformers holoforms work (Transformers headcanons)

Brief introduction to people who may not know what holoforms are:

Holoforms are a canon transformers concept where transformers, Autobot or Decepticon, can project a human avatar as an hologram (where the name probably comes from) to communicate with humans without necessarily showing their true robot form.

In canon they are only holograms, which means they don’t have a physical body, only a projection. It’s shown in Transformers Bayverse (the in-real-life movies from 2007 to 2017), Transformers Earthspark (Netflix 2023) and maybe in others.

Now here’s my headcanon/version of holoforms:

Holoforms, instead of only being imprecise holographic projections, you can physically touch them as if they were real humans, although instead of the feeling of real skin, it’ll feel more rough and metallic.

Since to have a holoform, you need an exoskeleton to make it more realistic and without too many non-human flaws. From far away the holoform will look real, although if you try to touch some parts of the exoskeleton you might get a little scared.

As for the avatar itself, that’s where the hologram comes in; you can create your avatar in any way you want, like a video game, as long as you have the physical base for it.

You will need a holoform projector attached to the core of the exoskeleton so it doesn’t get damaged or easily broken. And to connect to the projector is a simple process; get in your alt mode — make sure your alt mode is in a safe space — and activate the projector, and BOOM you now are inside a holoform and look like your human avatar.

It’s important to leave your alt mode in a place where it won’t be disturbed or discovered, since until you connect yourself back inside your alt mode, you are technically “stuck” in your holoform until further notice. You can’t scan another alt mode and use it as your own since your body is technically still inside your original alt mode, this includes your optics, your weapons, and most importantly; YOUR SPARK…

Until you come back to your alt mode, it now acts as a normal car, plane, truck, tank, whatever your alt mode is, except that it still has your spark in it.

This system can easily be abused since humans are smaller, easier to “contain” and capture. This is why very few bots actually use their holoforms. The ones that use them the most are the ones with alt modes that simply aren’t really “blending in”, for example, Starscream with his F-22 Raptor or (he doesn’t show any but still…) Stratosphere (2023 Transformers: Rise of the Beasts) since he’s literally a big ahh plane.
