Past, Future, and a Dark Star God [On ao3!]
(Asks are open on this blog!)
Summary:
Eclipse and Solar both disguised themselves as mortal animatronics to monitor the TSAMS timeline more closely. The two brothers turning out to be the past and future itself. They both made this decision because Titan has a plan that will indirectly destroy time itself, killing the duo and literally everyone. Eclipse and Solar ended up revealing themselves to Moon and Sun when the situation had gotten close to becoming significant enough to tell the twins.
Moon, having already been aware of the myth of the time gods, he already had information about Eclipse and Solar. But never would he have expected for those two gods to be his best friend and his best friend’s brother.
A many millennia ago, there once lived the gods of time. The god of the past, Previous Deity, or “Ijeon Sin”, and the god of the future, Hereafter Deity, or “Sahuui Sin.”
It was once said that the two gods had chosen to live amongst humans and animatronics alike, sharing their wisdom and knowledge with all. But, all things must come to an end.
It’s believed that the mortals of the past had executed Ijeon Sin, believing he was a messenger of the devil and was there to spread deceit.
Sahuui Sin however, was a different story. But alas, after those moments in time, both of the gods were never to be seen again. In certain versions, it is said the gods had died when the mortals had “punished” them. Another, states that they hid away in the Realm Between the Timelines for all of eternity.
Now, you’ll get to see which version would be true.
Ijeon Sin, or “Solar” as you may know him better as, floated in the abyss of the burntly orange color void. Sitting on an abnormally large quill, he simply looked as it he was asleep. Contrary to popular belief, he was not.
You could hear the quiet tinking of gears turning and clicking. The golden medal off of those gears had shined just enough to slightly make a reflection of Solar appear.
He sighed, and then proceeded to open up a small visage of a moment in time. Despite everything that was done to the deity, he still had to do his job and monitor.
That was when a strange portal opened. Deep reds and bright whites swirled around each other slowly opening up a strange entry point.
Solar floated on his quill towards the portal. He was, confused, to say the least. Mortals can’t access this area. So how…?
The eclipse model had gotten ready to attack. In case of emergencies, of course. Nobody should be able to get into this realm except for him. So it frightened Solar the tiniest bit at the chance of a mortal somehow finding their way here.
The white of the portal grew brighter and seemingly spun around in a circle. It was only when the portal spat out an unconscious animatronic who, let’s just say, he isn’t in the best state.
His rays were chipped. Some of them completely broken off. He had a large bruise on his cheek with dried…is that Ichor?
..anyways..
The animatronic’s leg was completely twisted the wrong way and there was a deep gash leaking out ichor from the wound. He had deep scratch marks on his wrists in which Solar had noticed that a strange dark gray medal was stuck inside the wound. And the medal was…moving?
Who is this? And what are they wearing? They look so..so strange. His outfit was also almost identical to his if it wasn’t for his tan and white collared shirt to be replaced with a white turtleneck. Solar’s deep brown and short train skirt was instead a white and deep red on the strange individual.
They had matching wings, too. The only difference was that again, the color of the wings. He also had a strange set of spectacles with nothing to keep it from falling off his face. Said glasses were cracked and kept flashing strange colors.
Whenever Solar tried to inspect the glasses, his optics felt like they started to burn from the strange bright lights. He just ended up putting the glasses back on the lookalike.
What was even stranger, was that he had a glowing white halo that had a bunch of numbers on it. The numbers seemed to be ticking up?
It came in a wave of shock when Solar ended up realizing that this person, he isn’t mortal. Solar was stunned. At that realization, he immediately picked up the unconscious animatronic and tried to examine his wounds more closely.
Solar got off of his quill, sitting on the floor and laying the fellow guardian’s head on his lap. Solar had decided that it’d be best to start with his leg. After all, that injury seemed to be the most serious.
He lightly touched the solar model’s leg, careful not to cause any further injury. It was when Solar had heard a quiet wince that he stopped in his tracks.
He was conscious? Well, on the brink of being unconscious, but still he was still awake.
“You are going to be fine. I am just examining your wounds.” Solar tried to respond as calmly as possible despite his heightening anxiety over the situation.
He proceeded to move away the side of the other guardians skirt to get a closer look. It seemed that his leg was twisted in the completely opposite direction.
Who would do such a thing?
“I shall see if I am able to twist your leg back to its origin.” Solar gingerly grasped the other’s leg, getting a quiet shudder in response. It didn’t exactly help Solar with the fact that the fellow guardian was conscious, as well as in pain.
Solar sighed shakily. It was now or never. As painful as this would be for the other, it would have to be done.
“Thy shall be commencing with relocating your leg.” Solar didn’t even waste a second. It’s better if he twisted the leg without giving the deity time to brace for it.
Solar did not dislike a lot of things. But hearing people cry out in pain, was sadly one of them. Solar gently grasped the injured’s hand, rubbing firm circles into the palm of his hand to help ground him.
After a while, the loud screams had shortened to merely just shaky breaths and a tighter grasp being put on Solar’s hand.
“There. It is over you are alright.” Solar continued to hold the other’s hand.
Although, he was probably in no state to answer questions, Solar had many, but he narrowed them all down to one.
“If you are able to answer, could you please state what this strange gray material is in your wrists?”
A small wince was all he got in response. It was only until after a few minutes that Solar had gotten a more verbal answer.
“Ad…adapt..adaptium..” His voice only really came out in a whisper and you could hear the pain in his voice.
“Adaptium? What is that?”
“It….it..” Solar started to feel the person in his lap slowly going limp. He was loosing consciousness.
“It is alright. Thou does not need to elaborate further. You may rest.” Solar gently moves the other god closer to his chest, actively holding him in his arms.
“I will be there when you awaken.”
This was really fun to write but anyways, I hope you all enjoyed let me know if you guys want to see more of this moment aka, when Eclipse wakes up again!

Pretty much, I’ll let you guys decide what the next drabble is! It’ll also be posted on my ao3!
(The drabble that got second place will be done after the one that got first and same with the one that got third place but it’ll be after the drabble that got second place)
What should the next drabble be?
How did Solar and Eclipse meet?
Solar comforting Sun after she hallucinated the original Moon
