AU, Alastor is a member of the Addams Family. His seven year disappearance was just him going back to the living world for a lil bit to spend some time with the family. Demon summoning and necromancy is a totally normal thing that happens for the Addams and Alastor had expected it to happen a lot sooner, so he stayed for a good while to make up for all the years of birthdays and holidays he's missed.
When Lucifer visited the Hazbin Hotel he IMMEDIATELY zoomed in on Alastor with a look of absolute horror. Oh FUCK that's an ADDAMS— oh hell WHAT IS HE DOING HERE IN CHARLIE'S HOTEL?!
Everyone wonders why Lucifer is silently circling around Alastor with a crazed look in his eye like he's in the presence of an atomic bomb. Alastor is completely unfazed by this.
