Thinking about this FUCKING line. “I broke her back I gave her wings” that’s such a visceral description of training/ “making” someone. She didn’t just give her wings and lift her up no she broke her back first so that she has no other choice but to use the wings that she was given. So she had no other choice but to rely on Dasha and the twelve. With that one sentence the writers just perfectly describe the manipulation and abuse that Oksana went through to become Villanelle and the amount of control the twelve think they have over her, without those wings not only will she fall back down but with a broken back she will never be able to get back up again.
