A sudden drop in the temperature and the pecuilar taste  and smell of salt water announced the sudden arrival of the Outsider. He was silent as he crept closer to Rat, his normal expression of blankness apparent on his pale features, and yet there was a glint of curiosity and perhaps even confusion in his void-like eyes.
