Questions
I always have questions swirling through my head. Questions about why I do what I do? And does what I do even matter? If I smoke weed very other day and drink beer once a week does that make me a bad person? Am I weaker because of it? Is there a spiritual perfection? Or do we all just try our best to be the best we can be and follow what makes our heart race?
And on top of those kind of questions I also ask myself, are these questions healthy? I don’t know. I think so most of the time, sometimes I wish I could quiet my mind a bit. And when I think that, I try to implement meditation into my daily routine. It truly makes me feel better to just take a step back and breath.
Therapy has done absolute wonders for me. Stephanie helps me by asking questions I don’t always ask myself. Like today when we met, she asked me to take some time this week and ask myself why I get so emotional when I talk about the future. What initiates the tears? Does marijuana induce tears? Does fear induce? A combination? Can I pin-point anything?
And despite the headaches, I am thankful for these questions.
