It’s true, 2016 was a bit of a reading slump year for me, but I think I came out of it having read some really amazing novels that will stick with me for a while.

I DID IT! I read all 12 books I set out to! It was a decently good reading year, and I am proud of my commitment to this goal!

Daredevil is probably one of my favorite superheroes (I am obsessed with the Netflix show) so it's kind of a wonder it took me so long to read Frank Miller's take on the character. Though the art style wasn't my favorite, I loved the storyline and development of the complex character of Matt Murdock. 4/5 stars! #books #comicbooks #reading #winterreads #winterreading #daredevil #bookreview #bookreviews #bookworm #booknerd

I have been such a fruitcake lately about updating this account! This book, this behemoth at nearly 1,000 pages, was the last book on my list of 12 books to read this year. It has been hanging over my head for 12 whole months, and without about a week and a half to spare I finished it!
