"Plantain Lasagne" 500g of ground beef (10% fat) Cheese slices 3 plantains Avocado Tomatoes Mushrooms Rosemary Garlic Parsley Spring onions Peppers Chllies Virgin olive oil Olives Avocados Season the meat and marinade for 15 to 20 mins, then heat for a further 15 mins. Slice the plantains in equal parts and fry until golden brown. Lightly fry the mushrooms. Lay the plantain in an olive oil greased baking tray and build the layers of tomatoes, mushrooms, beef and cheese. Repeat by building a second layer and sprinkle with black pepper. Place in oven for approximately 30 mins at 200°C.
