Being a pretty outgoing guy Billy loves to try and drag Promeia along with him to anywhere, whether it be the cinema or the Starlight knight fanclub! he loves it when his girlfriend comes along! Granted promeia will have some resistance to the thought of being in public. Especially if she gets hostile. But Billy always manages to get his way and have her come with. Though Promeia will never admit it she does enjoy the quiet moments with Billy. Going outside of the fresh yet eletric air of New eridu with her lover, side by side with someone she can call hers.
Billy is the type to be concerned when he feels promeias hand for the first time out of her cuffs. Her fingers cold as her expressionless face and just as pale. Even the thought of her hands constantly needing to be in handcuffs put him in a pitiful mood that he's not allowed to just break them off... Promeia Would definitely feel a sense of a shock as her hands touched Billys Construct and warm. The simple feeling being so diffrent to the sound usual and well known coldness being changed by his warmth. Though the metal is cool the heaters implanted bring a heat to her palm, though the initial was shock it turned more into a focused softness of his warmth on her cool.
I like to think there both crazy protective of one another. After promeias trailer I bet she would have a burn mark around her neck from the electrical shock. So i can see Billy being both crazy protective and ready to take out whoever decided to harm her when he sees the red mark around her neck, going as far to Transform into starlight Billy, hell i can see him reverting back to old champion style to make someone not see the light of day if they hurt her. I can see Promeia being appaled at seeing her usually bubbly and happy construct become so serious and have this type of demeanor that was so much different than what she usually knew. I think it would strike a curiosity in her of just how serious he would get if she was truly harmed. obviusly he wouldn't know that she dealt with them all already but that feeling of empathy will carry through Billy. I can see this leading to a promise of Promia telling billy what she's going to do beforehand so he dosent think she'll be in danger and vice versa with Gentle house.
Billy will definitely try getting promeia into starlight knights! I can imagine Promeia sat with a cup of tea, letting Billy explain the entire lore of the starlight knights to her. From the movies to even the found footage and books. Now you might be suprised but I can imagine her being completely engrossed in his rambling. Even if its pretty childish she finds the fact that Billy is comfortable and willing to talk about his favorite topic brings a happiness in her heart she hasn't felt in a long time.
I can see Promeia even doing famous poses from Starlight knights when battling with Billy just to make him happy. I can imagine Promeia using her crescent blades, elimnating multiple etherals at once then hitting an iconic pose afterwards. Billy in the backround jumping in glee or better yet joining her while saying some cheesy line form the movies.

Ah yes the Diva bunny herself. The queen of equal exchange and business notices you quickly. Walking to work like she owned all of new eridu, expecting the new hire to be all obnoxious and loud but then seeing the 6'5, powerful bear terrified of the slighest social interaction was both a possible transaction and... sorta cute. You were interesting to her to say the least and she refused to let anyone other corporate swine get there hands on you.
First interactions were the best for her, she loved to tease you relentlessly while you two were on a mission. Tilting her head at you when you speak to a rule breaker, standing a little to close and watching as you began to stammer and go red as a stop sign, talking suggestive with you just to get a reaction. The first time you really made her heart flutter was when you protected her from an etheral when she was stunned.

The way she expressed was to hide her true feelings toward you. She explained how you were a "beneficial" person to be around and that spending more time together would "Help with mission progression." It was all in her unique way to express her true feelings without coming on to desperate.
When you two FINALLY hit it off it was a Rollercoaster of learning and figuring one another out. The first few commissions were relatively quick and easy. A few escorts to exit the hollow and avoid etherals, searching and finding items for the commissioner. You were stopped by a tail wrapping around your feet, making you trip." "Hold on there buddy. Your really gonna do commissions when you look like your about to collapse?"

"Yeesh and your cranky? Alright then. If you won't listen to reason..." Cissia lunged forward as her tail cools around your body, constricting you of movement as the sharp tip pushes your head to the side, leaving your sensitive neck.

You feel two sharp stings of Cissia teeth as her glands shot out into your blood stream, just enough to keep you still. The first reaction is your body constricting, muscles tighten and loosen rapidly, her tail the only thing keeping you stable as you try to wriggle out.
"Calm down will ya? It's not gonna kill you~" She whispers in your ear, her tounge slipping out to lick your earlobe. "Just enough so you'll stay still~." She whispers, next your nerves began to slow. You feel your face began to get tighter as you lose function. The headache you had suddenly a dull nothing. Your last movement is a look of fear that cissia noticed too quickly. "Calm down my proxie~ just relax the best you can."
Cissia's oddly calming voice puts your mind at a slight ease as your body submits to the venom, softly loosening her tail and scoops your up with suprising strength, nuzzling her nose into your face. She brings you up the steps and to your room where your bed still a mess from this morning, but cissia gently lays you down, gently playing with your hair. "Aw.. your so cute all unmoving and at my will! I gotta do this more often~..." Cissia went into thought for a moment but it slipped off her smooth brain.
Cissia slips into the sheets smelling the sheets that smelled just like you, the comfortable mattress being flattened under her. Cissia brings the comforter up and wraps it around both of your bodies, moving closer to snuggle, her tail doing the similar wrap around your legs, the venom still doing its job as the only movement you can make is a blink.
"Wow. Your eyes look so bloodshot..." cissia murmured. "Im kinda happy I did that." Cissia moves your shoulder where the two fang marks still present, her tounge slicked out and rubbing against it. The cool feel of her saliva against the inflamed skin was a odd yet nice sensation.
"Alright. Rest those sexy eyes for me. Im not having my favorite proxy stress themselves out for no reason." Physically: Cissia thinks alot more on if you can take care of yourself if in an altercation, if your skinny she'll coil her entire tail around you and snuggle, if your chubby she'll rub her face into your soft stomach, if your muscular she'll sneak love bites into your biceps, she wont mind but she'll value you if you know how to fend for yourself back
Mentally: She's alot more turned towards people who are selfless, though she'll make squeals on how she's into bad boys/girls but secretely she drools for your bravery and helpfulness to others even if it dosent benefit you. She would also want someone who never gives up no matter the chance.

I think she would be pretty self conscious on the thought of having kids. If the topic of children is brought uo it'll bring her back to when she was a kid, barely scraping by, constanlty running, the thought of doing that to another human SHE popped out being is depressing to her. Also the fact of how self conscious she would be of thinking how much of an actual good mother would she make and the thought of her belly being all round gives her shivers.

As close as she can. If every atom aren't pressed together she dosent count it as Cuddling. She loves to be big spoon and wrap her tail around your legs or back, occasionally asking for a bite of the snack you have. She's fine with being little spoon but best be ready for crumbs all over the place. She also makes the recurring "fact" that snakes are cold blooded and need to be near a viable heat source which in turn is you.

Cissia pictures the future with high hopes. Seeing you and her, newly Wed, living in Failume heights, away from Severian and her old life, slinging away at snacks and living to her best without any troubles.

She is incredibly grateful of you. She constantly thinks about what you do for her even if she dosent say it, every snack you bring home, the warmth of your home, the simple feeling you give off to her shes grateful for. No, I don't think Cissia would hide from you beside stealing a few of your hoodies or your snacks without you ever noticing. If she were to have a secret it would be easy to figure out by how much she gives herself out by her tone and posture. Not only does she not hide anything but if she tried it's too easy to figure out.
I = Injury (How would they react if you got hurt?)
Instantly serious. She's immediately eliminating any threat to you then checking your injury. Ever since being in the outer ring she leanred many ways to fix someone up. Bleeding? She has gauze in her NEPS issued pouch. Broken limbs? She'll make a makeshift tourniquet with a metal rod and cloth. It would be the most focused you would have seen her as she carried you bridal style (even if you didn't need it) and run out of the hollow.
J = Jealousy (Do they get jealous? How do they deal with it)
She gets jealous WAY to easily. Any interaction that isint with her is considered a crime in her book. You pet a cat a second too long and cissia will rattle her tail until the cat runs off scared. Another person checks you out that isint her she'll threaten to inject venom into them. She deals with it either by taking matters into her own hand or later refusing to give you her snacks or even pay any mind until you snuggle her.
K = Kiss (How do they kiss you? How do they like to be kissed?)
I hate to say it. She dosent kiss she bites. Instead of a traditional kiss on the lips it's a love bite on the shoulders or ears. Even more intimate she takes little nibbles out of you any chance she can. Does it sting? Yes very much. Is it incredibly adorable? Also yes. I think cissia would like to be kissed on the nose. Since it's the most sensitive part of her face she loves it when you plant even the smallest kiss on her nose and then asking for more.

You say it first. During a movie she's been begging to watch with you. Some cheesy rom-com where you definitely heard her choke up a tear at the end and to this day rejects she did. After the movie ended cissia found herself on your lap, slowly stroking her hair. It was then you said you loved her. She froze up and didn't speak or move for almost 5 minutes before she confessed herself

Her favorite memory is at a festival with you, running around and eating all the delicious food around every corner. The lively atmosphere of everyone around that certain feel of bliss and weightlessness without needed to deal with her boss or needing a place to stay. Finding a small hill and watching the fireworks with you for the first time is the few times she's felt alive and human.

Exact opposite sadly. She loves to be spoiled by you. Whether it's high quality snacks or a new outfit she will run your pockets dry like a certain person she pretended to be. When it comes to paying for you she'll find some excuse so you can get it like "Ooh that looks sooo good. Ugh but I forgot my wallet 👀" or some excuse just as bad.

Shes very obvious when she began to catch feelings. She woukd constantly request to take off work or join you at any cahbce she could, she would try to keep up her act around you but it shatters quickly when your near, she acts more shy and sincere unlike others and when you ask why she deny's and deflects until you give it up.

If she was upset, or after a panic attack from memories of back in the outer ring she would cuddle up in a blanket, someting that's rare but she would be reserved for a while and not eat. It won't be until you realized she hasn't been texting and find her in this state where you'll comfort and feed her until she's feeling better. Now if it was you who were down in the dumps she will go out of her way, even going to disobey her boss to be with you and cheer you up. Whatever you need and she can physcially or mentally get she will to make sure your happy.

She usually enjoys to yap to you about anything really, she can yap your ear off about a bowl of noodles for hours. Some talks are also a way she let's some steam escape especially when its about her boss or her job, knowing you'll not only give comfort but also an ear to her complaining. Sometimes it can be pretty random like which dog foods are the best tasting or how likely new erifu would survive if there was a zombie apocalypse. But its alright cause you'll still listen despite it.

She knows everything about you. Whether you hide it or not she knows. If basing off empathy she tends to hide her empath side unless its just you. She'll understand if your going through something like the loss of a family member, or even the death of a pet, she'll stick with you for as long as you need until your better.

This very relationship is so immensely important to her words can't describe. The fact someone like you decided to be in her life was a blessing itself. Its worth the world. During when her boss finally gave her a day off especially for a special day for cissia. It would be somewhere with not alot of peering eyes and only with close friends like the managers, and maybe just maybe some members on NEPS totally to not shove it in there faces. Cissia proposes by accident, she attempted to hide it in your food and you'll find it...You accidently almost ate the ring which sent her into a panic where she demanded you spit it out. Not until then you figured out her motive and she proposes with a saliva ridden ring.

In public she's crazy affectionate with you. Holding your hand or crawling up your shoulder with her fingers, wrapping her tail around your leg and constantly teasing on how she's the perfect girlfriend, giving a playful smile to everyone that are wlaking by themselves. In private She's alot more flirty. Snuggling into tour chest. Occasionally leaving love bites on your neck and then sniffling into it. Her tail moves onto your thigh, sometimes lovingly sometimes freaky. You can never truly tell. But there's the hidden tint of true affection when in private, you'll find her more quiet and smiling contently form being near you.

She copes hard as hell. The second your away its every thirty minutes of check ups to make sure your safe. So Phaethon (which also means shining) was the son of Apollo aka the sun god and rider of the flaming chariot. To prove himself to his father Phaethon asked to drive the chariot which Apollo agreed but Phaethon lost control and flew the chariot too close to Earth. The heat scorched the land and to myth created the deserts. After the disaster Zeus struck Phaethon down to stop any further catastrophe in result killing him.
The theory is that Belle and Wise will try to save something on their own, but instead of saving it they accidentally cause a catastrophe in New Eridu just like Phaethon did with earth.
This could lead to the Agents turning on them and trying to take them down, similar to how Phaethon in the myth was stopped after causing destruction.
Another thing that stood out to me is the shining meaning behind the name. Belle and Wise’s eyes glow constantly as Phaethon which might be symbolism.
Its also like the story about their teacher who was blamed for the destruction of Eridu.
