So lately a trend has started known as the #dontjudgechallenge. It consists of the person posting a video of them looking "ugly" and then tapping the camera which then magically removes all imperfections. So here is a picture of me with my poor skin and my bald patch which I've had from a very young age bc of an accident. Unfortunately, I cannot tap a camera to remove these imperfections that are being laughed at through this trend. The boy who is bullied for having "goofy" teeth cannot fix them by tapping a camera. The girl who is constantly mocked for having oily skin cannot fix that by tapping a camera. This is not an uplifting trend, this trend is simply demonstrating how it doesn't matter if the book is shitty because you can easily replace the cover. Just because I can conceal my skin and hide my scar, I am not a better person. Fix up and shut up with this damaging trend.
