1. Thread Lock Nut all the way (Fig. A) 2. Slide on Lock Washer (Fig. A) 3. Thread Eye Nut all the way (Fig. A) 4. Torgue Lock Nut & Eye Nut against each other by turning the Lock Nut counterclockwise & the Eye Nut clockwise (Fig. A) 5. Ensure Lock Washer is Sandwiched tightly as show in (Fig. B)
