I'm trying to get over my weird perfectionism (thanks horrible public school teacher) so I'm going to start posting my art. Whether it be my own sketches/drawings, gifts I've given or maybe commissions that I'm happy with, I just want to find that comfort that I used to have.

So have my dreaming dream team(one of many) that is flat colors for now.

The other night husband and I were watching a documentary about the yeti where they were doing DNA analysis of samples of supposed yeti fur, and every one of them came back as bears.

Anyway, the next night we watched a thing about some pig man who is supposed to live in Vermont. People said it had claws and a pig nose but walked upright like a man. Now, I happen to know that sideshows used to shave bears and present them as pig men. So every piece of evidence they gave of this monster sounds to me like a bear with mange.

So now the running joke in our house is that everything is bears. Aliens? Bears. Loch Ness monster? Bear. Every cryptozoological mystery is just a very crafty bear.

Bears. They’re everywhere. Be wary. Anyone or anything could be a bear.

I didn't think leaving a verbally, psychologically, and emotionally abusive house would be so hard. I cut out my father (if you could call him that), and my brother and am somewhere where I'm being cared for by people who ask for nothing in return yet I'm CONSTANTLY still dodging potential fights even if there isn't a hint of one there

I'm still waiting for that other shoe to fall but the issue is is that I can't go back. For my safety there is nothing where I was. I owe my friend's and found family my literal life but being disabled makes it so I can't find work. But thanks to the orange, i also can't get (what was already near impossible) disability. It hurts to have to rely on friends while they say I'm not a burden yet they keep using their money on me and the only thing I can do is say thank you

I want to do more and at this moment I can't. All i can do is do my best and i guess thats enough??? I dont know

look im just saying that capitalists invented the idea of "lazy proletariat who fakes disability so they dont have to work anymore". Not only to make able bodied people turn their backs on their own class, but also make YOU question and downplay your own disability. And yes, you will inevitably find out you have one if you haven't already, most people will find out as they get older. Its in your best interest to start radically accepting that all disability is disabling. If not for the good of society, then do it so you dont hurt yourself by working through your pain.
