I made some chicken salad lettuce wraps with discounted pre seasoned chicken from the market last night and it was delicious, no pics tho :( . Tonight's dinner was leftover tuna salad and kimchi pickles in seaweed, very interesting combo but it was also delicious. I really hope to keep up these healthy eating habits. Planning is everything unfortunately and fortunately.

I look at the few photos I have from this day and am amazed that I collected a small piece of history that day. I was a part of history that day. We rode a cheese bus from Baltimore with one of the local noi social justice groups. At this time I was using my phone and an olympus (or fuji I can't remember) digital point and shoot. I didn't even notice the man sleeping in the background when I shot this.
