he blinked at that. he hadn’t expected quite such an immediate response, but marius is holding his hands and looking so excited, and he can’t say no.

“You’ll have to be nice with me, I am out of shape.”- He patted his own belly with free hand before he giuded the warrior through the long hallways of Odin’s palace. He remembered well the path to the arena, even if his mind was still affected there were some things of his childhood that would never leave.-"I hope is empty, I would hate to be seen kicked by you”

Marius convinced himself to believe that Fandral would say no to his requests, actually he was kind of hoping he would say no, in that way he wouldn’t feel ashamed of asking.

“I am out of shape…I think I need my old teacher back. I forgot how to use the sword properly and I know no one is better than you.”

the request somewhat surprises him. he’d been hoping, partially, it would be to help through whatever it was he was going through, but he supposes he’s better at the training aspect anyway…
