Newest sagey update!! (This background will be the death of me)

Did some pencil sketches of the timberjack!! Also made some personal world building/lore: I looked at the original drawings in the films and decided that the wings would have two parts to them to get that huge sweeping effect without having huge bones. The wings would have grabby claws at the second tips and would be roughly 2x the length of the body including the tail. Similar to snakes, they have ribs up and down the skeleton as well as independent vertebrae to be able to slink around. They are always moving over a large area, and spend their time on the ground hunting. Much like constrictors they squeeze and suffocate their prey. I think the cutting edges of their wings are more for defense and combat against other dragons which they tend to avoid (unless provoked). I also like mine to have legs because the evolution lines seem kinda iffy, something as prominent as legs don’t go away really quickly. If you can’t tell I love this dragon lol.
