You seriously just don't realize how far you've come until you look back at where you were. This is unreal to me. You look at these two pictures and you see the physical changes. And while I am so proud of all I've accomplished in that aspect, I am even more proud of the changes I've made on the inside. 👉 I no longer use depression as a crutch or an excuse. 👉 I am no longer overwhelmed with panic and anxiety. 👉 I am more confident and happy overall. 👉 I finally look forward to the future rather than just sitting back and waiting to die. 👉 I finally LOVE me for me. Despite my past, despite my flaws, despite my mistakes, and BECAUSE of my failures. But, I can't even take full credit for these changes. And though it helped, changing my diet and exercise didn't completely change my mind. I was able to make these changes because I am a part of a circle of women who show unconditional love, undying support, and continuous inspiration. Women I didn't know two years ago have been there with me through all the changes I've made. They've laughed with me, cried with me, and NEVER turned their backs on me. When you hear about Beachbody coaches (if you even know what Beachbody is) your first reaction might be "Oh, they just want to sell me something" or "it's just a scam". If so, you've got it all wrong! Beachbody coaches are in it to change lives! To make a difference. To make a POSITIVE impact. To help people realize their potential. And in some cases, like mine, they help you find the desire to LIVE. The coaches in my circle are the reason for this transformation because there is no way in hell I could have done this alone.
