Well I started doing most of the OTO already but a huge help to me would be converting some of the romaji aliases to kanji (I think that’s the default language for utau?)

How to recieve an utau!

Step 1: Record your audio, i usually do Japanese, but i can do English. I'd say other languages are a bit out of my scope. the reclist i always use is here!

step 2. fill out the following form, and shoot me a PM, or an email.

       Utaus Name:_____________________

       Utaus Gender:___________________

       Voice sample DL(or attach them in email):_________________

       Reclist Used: ______________________

       Create a design for me: Yes/No

       If no, link to design(Optional): ________________

       Create a bio for me: Yes/No

      if no, link to bio(optional): ___________________________

       Special Requests: ________________________________

      link to UST for example song(Optional):______________________

Step 3: And that's it! And yes, i can design your utau for free to! Any special requests, such as something about the design, or some post-recording effects (Nothing to fancy though ^_^;), can be written down and WILL be taken to heart!

What i will do (PLEASE READ):

   Editing and saving the wav files

   Oto Ini

   Aliasing

   after effects (if requested, small things like making it robotic, or pitch shifts)

   Create an icon for them (If requested)

   create a bio (If requested)

   Create a design (If requested)

   Create an example (Cover) song (If Requested)

   create a page on the utau wiki (If requested)

   do all this again when you want an append!

What i will NOT do:

    Record the samples (It's your utau! It should be as unique as you are!)

    Edit samples one-by-one (Record all of the sounds at once, it's much easier)

   languages besides English/Japanese (This one might be negotiable)

   Joke utaus (ones where the sound files are purposefully bad, or one sound)

   voicebanks of celebrities voice actors, sings, ETC. basically, if you don't have their permission, don't send me their voice. I'm going to assume that any of the samples, unless blatantly obvious, belong to you or your friends. so I'm not going to be held responsible if you break the rules (Seriously, that is against the law)

   voicebanks created from the output of vocaloids. seriously, see above.

  instrument utaus (Nothing against them, i just don't really understand them)

  READ PLEASE, KIND OF IMPORTANT!!!

   if you are OK with me posting a download link on the for the utau on tumblr, make sure to tell me somewhere in the PM/Email. but don't worry, if you forget to mention it, I'll just assume you don't want me to. also, the one thing i ask, is that i am aloud to use your utau for personal use, and will not post it on YouTube (Unless you're OK with that, again, make sure to tell me).

The Utau Project!

hi and welcome! i may be taking on a big task here, but i think it's going to be great! Now, before i get to far here, I'd like to explain what i mean. i have a passion for UTAU, and i want to share this passion with everybody else! So, starting today, i will be making voicebanks for the hefty price of.....FREE!!! that's right, just send me a link to the sound files, and *BAM* instant voicebank! Ok, not instant, but I'll try to get the voicebank done as soon as possible, hopefully within a week! and each week, I'll be featuring an UTAU that needs more love. hope this all works out!
