Proper way to vent

if you need to vent, you need to write "I am not sending this to the universe, nor do I manifest it into reality, this is to release my soul from any negative emotions or thoughts and be set free. Once written I erase all existence of these writings and only show them to who must see but never speak it nor send it to become reality." Then in the end either burn it or if typed never save it just delete it all before closing the document and only show it to those who need to know what was written. this is one way to vent without harming yourself or others but be certain you trust with who you show your most intimate and intense thoughts to.

So why can’t the world see what I see?
