"I wish my psoriasis was as bad as the first time I thought my psoriasis was bad". The photo on the top was take in November 2013 and the bottom photo was taken a few weeks ago. Never did I realise that little bit of psoriasis (no bigger than a 50p) would spread across my forehead, into my scalp, down my face and appear in my ears, legs, belly button and some other places. I have been confident in my skin for a while but If it wasn't for the psoriasis community online (especially @getyourskinout) I wouldn't have the confidence to show off my skin as publicly on social media as I do. Love your skin no matter what!! // #MySkinIsBeautiful
