Tumblr and Twitter have told me that there is a candlelight vigil for Cory at Paramount tonight. Most of us aren’t from LA or do not have the means to get there.
Two of my friends lost their children this year and the group that brought us together is, like Tumblr, from all around the world and could not be with these two women when their little girls passed. The religious people prayed. Those of us with the means to do so donated to our friends to offset the bills for diagnosis/treatment of the older girl’s prolonged illness and send gifts for the other children of the mother of the younger girl, whose life ended very suddenly. The rest of the group lit candles.
Someone in our group pointed out that there is a site where you can light a virtual candle. It’s here. It’s free. All you do is click on the candle, add a message and your initials, and make sure under group it is tagged with “CORYM." I want to see that whole page lit up for Cory, and when it is, I will tweet it to the GleeOnFox twitter (not the cast, they need to mourn in private).
