I've my graduation in next years June and I want to look dead good. I weigh about 68kg atm and I've decided to lose some weight. Does it sound good if i start by changing my diet? I've tried that several times and I always end up losing and eating sweets. This has to stop :( could you give me some tips?
Of course! I guess you and I both need to understand what makes you give in to sweets, so that you can change that first! I'm a biiiiig sweet lover but I have a healthy alternative to absolutely everything I used to love! That means I don't feel deprived and I don't cheat on my diet :) let me know if you need any recipes! x

I'm about 5'0 and 126 lb. I was wondering if you can help me get a routine going to lose 20 lb. in maybe a month or more? I'd really appreciate it. :)
Of course! I suggest getting up an hour earlier than you usually do to go for a 45 min walk before breakfast. I saw SUCH a difference in my body and attitude when I did this! To lose weight fast reduce your carb intake (especially at night!) ie. no rice, bread, cereal, pasta, oats, potato etc. Stick to eggs, green vegetables, salads, meat meat and more meat, peanut butter and sugar free treats if you have a sweet tooth like me! x

October Goals
1. Reduce portion sizes
2. Only eat at designated times on designated meals. No mindless snacking.
3. Only 1/2 a quest bar each day
4. Don't emotionally eat!
5. Do cardio for at least 30 minutes a day (walking, skipping etc)
6. Get a nice tan to make me feel good
7. No more picking or scratching at skin
8. Feel happy, confident and beautiful
