I BRING NEWS.
I don't know if this is real or not, but the fact that there's people out there as excited as I am about the idea... That just gives me life 😌

CHICAGO FIRE 9.02 THAT KIND OF HEART
I made something…
This.
Me at the beginning of every rookie episode when Lucy and Tim start their(cute) bitching at each other after roll call
So I’m looking at The Rookie wiki page and came across Lucy’s page...
Which one of you was this?
rewatching the rookie (literally just chenford scenes at this point) and like
tim is fucking hilarious. imagine being all excited about rookie day and making your boot miserable but you just end up meeting your future wife instead
When Karma and Cupid decide they're bored....
Okay, so...
The season 4 finale...
Weirdly, the Nolan storyline was the only one that felt like is was concluded? And it was at times enjoyable. I did feel like the Bailey fight scene was long and I wasn't here for it (mainly cause it's Bailey) - but overall I wasn't totally bothered by her.
Although, that could just be because of all the Chenford before it.
Which, btw, like a lot of you... I squealed, smiled, almost cried, etc. I do wish they weren't in relationships - so hopefully they don't wait long in S5 to be single. And then we can go into the whole - I have feelings, but we can't, but we should, but we shouldn't, ah fuck it let's just do it 💁🏽♀️
I did not feel like a season finale though. I feel like we needed more of UC Chenford with a UC cliffhanger.
Maybe it's because they already knew S5 was happening? So like, they had the luxury to end it in an odd way?
The writing was consistent with the rest of the season for the most part... take that as you wish. 🤷🏽♀️
Oh and - ALAN TUDYK IS LIFE OKAY. I wouldn’t mind more Nellroy 🥰
#If I had a nickel for everytime a character played by Chris Evans woke up in the future, i’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice.
Okay BUT - what if Tim does actually go and propose, with no ring, on impulse because he got his knickers in a twist. And in his pretty little head he's aware of his feelings for Lucy, but he's like - that'll never happen.
And he reasons with himself - Ashley is pretty, she's the safe bet.
And he gets down on one knee. Proposes. She's about to accept. Because that would be so on brand for her at this point, sadly.
Lucy is watching them. She sad af cause "omg, do I love Tim?" And Tim sees her. And she just smiles and leaves.
And he says something like - I love you so much, Lucy.
And then Ashley is like - WTF?!?!?!?!?
And he takes a beat to realise wtf he's just done. They break up.
Chris and Lucy are about to go out but Lucy breaks it off because she can't be with Chris if she loves Tim. She thinks she can't be with Tim either. So she's like - is all good, I'll be forever alone.
And then Tim finds her and she's about to congratulate him and he tells her that he and Ashley are over (but doesn't explain why)
And then BOOM!
They're needed urgently for an assignment. And cue season finale with A LOT of pining.
