I went super overboard and was super stupid and took 30 laxatives last night. It’s not 8 am the next morning....and nothing. I feel bloated, heavy, gross, and weighed down.

● being constantly afraid of prolapse ● your back always being sore from the strain ● also sore because, seriously, why has no one invented an ergonomic toilet? ● having to plan trips around your condition ● can’t go anywhere if there’s no toilet ● or if the toilets are too far apart ● can’t drive anywhere that’s more than an hour away, because you will need to go before then ● having to monitor your diet like a hawk ● like seriously, no dairy, nothing too spicy, not too much fibre, but also enough fibre ● having to cancel plans on bad days because you literally need to shit every 20 minutes ● or you haven’t shit in 4 days and you can feel your body trying to implode ● not being able to hold a job because you need a half-hour break every hour ● seeing your friends slowly drift away because you’re no fun and can’t do or go anywhere ● feeling yourself retract further away from society because it’s just too difficult to leave the house ● either lose 5 kilos in2 days or gain 10 kilos in 2 hours ● losing nearly all the strength in your legs because, again, toilets aren’t ergonomic and your always straining
