Prompt #2

Prompt Cracky style fic/ oneshot promp!

Peter and Tony are on a road trip and get lost, because of course they do. Probably because they're in the middle of no where and even FRIDAY is only so capable of bridging the Big Wide Expanse of Nowhere. Anyway. They end up in some little town that genuinely has no fucking idea who Tony Stark is, or why they should care. They're stuck there because their car is Dead, there is no one willing to sell or rent their own vehicle, and so they have to wait for Parts even though Tony and Peter are both actually capable of rigging a fix. (Peter wants to stay in this weird town. It's fun!)

Peter thinks it is absolutely hilarious, especially when the towns folks make all kinds of assumptions that Peter just laughs or splutters at (that Tony is his father, that Tony kidnapped him, that Tony is an escaped convict who is holding Peter hostage, that Tony escaped a loony bin.) Peter crying laughing at most of it does actually reassure the town people, who decide to just keep it up because fucking with this weirdo who is 'But why DON'T You Know Who I Am?!" is the most entertainment they've had since The Event in 1947.

Bonus points if the story is Outside POV lmao.

I feed so many prompts into the IronDad server. Thought I'd start sharing them here. Going backwards through my log. This prompt is from May 25th.

Prompt

The AcaDeca team is at Finals. It's all very fancy and nerve wrecking. They're either gunna win this, or get first-place-losers (second place, shut up Flash), and Peter answers the question… Except the question is one that has an answer that hasn't been mainstreamed yet, because it involves (Avengers/Tony Stark Inventions/Wakanda Information) that Peter only knows because he's a part of the Avengers-and-co Inner Circle.

… So he gets it wrong. Officially. And they lose.

Except Tony Stark and the Avengers (cozy family AU etc) are in the Audience and they all Object™, including relevant individual (Steve for history crap, T'Challa for Wakandan related, Thor for Off Planet Godliness etc) and it is a Thing and Peter is mortified, and everyone else has their jaws on the floor. ... Do they get re-assigned first place?
