Hello! My name is Ellie. Iโm on summer break and looking to get back into roleplay to have some fun. I am 30+, pronouns she/her, with some years of writing experience, but self-deprecating enough to say that my writing isn't all that good. It's a hobby. I'm looking for flexible, creative partners who view roleplay as a true collaboration. I donโt want to do all the heavy lifting myself, so letโs brainstorm, map out twists, and build a world together >โฉ<.แ
A little about my vibe & what I'm looking for:
I exclusively write BTS member ร member. I love unappreciated, unexpected pairings and organic chemistry. We can plan for one thing, but I can't make any promises that I won't pivot. It makes the rp fun to me. While I love all possible pairing options, I am much more likely to choose an unlikely combination over standard maknae-line pairings. I see them a lot and I am just not interested personally. I love incorporating all the guys into our stories, even if they are in the background or supporting roles. Bonus points with me if we have multiple characters to explore different dynamics though. If you only want to play one single member or one single ship forever, we won't be a good fit. I tend to lean toward writing the more introverted members best, though the only member I just can't seem to click with creatively is Hoseok. I love him dearly, but I can't write him!
Some peeves & limits:
I really dislike the expectation that my character will chase or be completely enamored by yours based purely on looks or sex. Real chemistry is built, not assumed. Another peeve is needy/whiny traits or super submissive. If you've been rping a while, you know the type. I prefer characters with depth and range. I've written my fair share of dark plots and rps, but mafia is not my favorite. I prefer a balance and I hardly ever find that in darker posts. Why not a crime/mafia couple who are in an arranged situation, but do eventually become softer around each other? That's not to say they won't kill, but also scold each other for tracking blood in the house? I prefer plot over porn. I personally don't find smut interesting. It's not a hard no or immediate fade to black situation for me, but I'm not interested in writing it primarily. I was in a couple of group rps that warped into porn and hookups only, and I did not enjoy it. No underage characters, period. I highly suggest we discuss boundaries, kinks, and limits upfront. I play a range of tops, bottoms, and switches, but to me, those are just bedroom positions, not personality traits. I don't classify my characters as strict "doms" or "subs". Truthfully, I don't even know what they are into until I actually start writing them and seeing how the dynamic develops.
A note about lengths & genres:
I love all lengths of writing! My rps include a mix of text threads, short posts, rapid-fire, and novel-length. That said, I like flexibility. I donโt want anyone to feel forced into writing a massive novella-length post every single time if the scene doesn't call for it. Let's prevent burnout! As for genres, I love incorporating fantasy elements, spies, fae, dragons, quirky concepts, humor, slice of life, and even pokemon! I also love omegaverse, but specifically when it is paired with another strong plot element or complex relationship dynamics.
โBonus: I would absolutely love to find the right people to develop this into a 7-member group roleplay, but I know from experience how tough coordinating that can be! Tagline loading ...
Expectation: A summer-long, all-expenses-paid resort vacation.
Reality: Being the unwitting participants of a psychological dating experiment.
Plot Twist: A sudden lockdown and a biology-altering virus that nobody saw coming.
This is not a sciโfi or postโapocalyptic survival rp. There will be no zombies. Instead, expect fun, weird, and the unexpected. Potential omegaverse, so you must be okay with this element. Please do not come in with set ship expectations or preferences. Let dynamics form naturally during the dating element! The aim is for every character to interact with everyone to see what naturally develops. :3
