request: I’m not sure if you’ve heard the school cheers but can you do a headcanon for Bokuto, Ushijima and Oikawa hearing their S/O humming a different schools cheer? The reason being, “It lowkey go hard though.” Or something like that
oh my god you do it at the worst possible moment: right before a game
but you didn’t mean to !! you just overheard it before their match and it got stuck in your head
you went to tell bokuto good luck really quick and you give him quick kiss
he always feels like he’s on top of the world whenever you give him a good luck kiss
a ha ha but this time as you walk away you start humming a familiar theme
“fire up! fire up! karasuno!” you mumble under your breath, but you kinda botch the karasuno part bc you weren’t entirely sure which school it was really
he is devastated [cue emo bokuto mode]
akaashi is flipping the fUCK out trying to find you because fukorodani cannot afford to have emo bokuto in this match
literally right before they step on the court you get to him and give him a big kiss
“you’re the best ace out there. no one can ever compare to you, babe”
ahhhh there you go, he’s all perked up now
“but why were you humming karasuno’s cheer?”
“oh was that what it was? you’re the best ace but they have a better cheer babe, sorry!”

post game for him, he’s tired and hungry but still wants to spend time w you
he’s not really much of a talker when he’s eating
and when you eat some really good food you tend to start dancing in your seat and humming a song
you notice his muscles flex and you’re like :oo u good babe
jaw flexed and everything he’s just like “y/n….why…….”
starts thinking that maybe oikawa has gotten to you AKSFKDGDJF
you’re literally so lost…
and then you realize why he’s upset you just start giggling
give him a kiss on the cheek and he’ll forgive you but he still has his eyebrows wrinkled so you say:
“you CAN’T be mad at me seijoh’s chant lowkey goes harddddd”
refuses to agree with you but since you’re so cute he’ll let it slide THIS TIME
just don’t do it around him again sksksk
nah he’s mad as hell LMAOOOOOO
he’s walking you home with iwaizumi
but rn him and iwa are bickering so you’re bored
and so you start clapping
“shiiiiirrratorizawa” *clap-clap, clap, clap-clap*
his ears caught that IMMEDIATELY
like “i KNOW this bitch did not” [he doesn’t call you a bitch but that’s what his facial expression says KAJFHAKFSDA]
starts walking ahead of you
“iwaizumi do you hear that? sounds like a TRAITOR”
iwaizumi throws something at oikawa and oikawa is complaining because he’s supposed to be on HIS side
“stop being shittykawa & be nice to your partner, or else ushijima will really take them away from you” (tbh iwa doesn’t mean that but he knows what to say to get oikawa back)
stops on his heels and turns back to you “y/nnnnn you can’t do this to my heart” he’s still salty and pouty but he’s walking back to you with a firm hand on your shoulder
