Chicken Taco Quesidillas 😊💜😊
Super easy and so delicious!!
Must haves:
Quesadillas
Chicken (I buy chicken chopped in cubes)
1 container of chive and onion cream cheese 7.5 oz
(I prefer whipped if you can find it - it’s easier to mix) This is not however….just takes more arm power🤣
1 packet taco seasoning (whatever you prefer- you only use half of the packet)
1 bag Mexican style taco cheese blend (I only use half of the bag)
Sour cream
Salsa
(My daughter uses taco hot sauce)
Assembly
Cook chicken in a bit of oil- add a few shakes of salt/pepper ( cook til slightly golden brown)
I use a ninja to finely shred the chicken once it’s cooked
Put in a mixing bowl add 1/2 packet taco seasoning to the chicken stir
Add 1/2 bag of Mexican style cheese
Add 1 container of chive and onion cream cheese and mix - stir
Grab a quesadilla shell spoon mixture across half of the shell and fold (do as many as you want - this usually makes 8-10) stack on a plate
Get a frying on a medium to low heat with vegetable oil or canola oil lightly spread It across the pan
Then put a filled quesadilla in the pan - lightly coat the top with oil
Brown each side but do not burn them!
Stack them off as they get done cut in half. Keep them covered in tinfoil to keep warm while cooking the rest

Sloppy Joe Must haves:
1lbs hamburger
1/2 cup ketchup
1/8 cup mustard
1/8 cup brown sugar
1 small onion chopped finely
Simmer together
Don’t forget the buns!!

Must haves:
Prep containers (Sam’s Club)
🥬 Salad
🍗 Cooked chicken (I flavor mine with lemon pepper while it’s baking ) -optional
Croutons optional
🧀 Parmesan cheese or Asiago cheese shredded
🥒 Cucumbers optional
🍅 Cherry tomatoes optional
🥚 Hard boiled eggs optional
Salad dressing to go containers (Walmart - by the plastic cups)
Put the salad together however you like.
Add your favorite dressing in your containers
Enjoy 😉

Taco seasoning packet (mild)
1.5 lbs hamburger
Follow the directions on the taco seasoning packet.
Fry up the hamburger let it simmer in the seasoning.
Must haves:
Shredded lettuce
Sour cream
Shredded Mexican cheese
Chopped cherry tomatoes
Taco sauce
Crushed Doritos

Italian Pasta
Rotini noodles
1/4 cup red onion (chopped finely)
Cucumbers
1 small can black olives
Cherry Tomatoes
1/3 cup red bell pepper (chopped finely)
Parmesan Cheese (add as much as you like)
You can’t go wrong with to much cheese!
Italian Dressing
This recipe is so good!
When it comes the the vegetables add how much you would like.
I use 3 cucumbers and 10 cherry tomatoes. It’s really up to your preferences.
Same with the Italian Dressing I use about 1/2 cup to a cup ( Just so it’s not dry). You may need to add more later.
As for the noodles cook as many as you like and the cheese I use 1/2 of a bag!
