Linhardt Headcanons

Linhardt has the softest hair in the monastery. (If you’ve seen my previous post, he has a blue haired rival when it comes to soft hair) Linhardt makes an effort to keep it constantly untangled and as soft as it possibly can be. A certain close friend of his has accidentally made it a habit to pet the green locks whenever he’s stressed. An embarrassing habit, but Linhardt doesn’t mind.

Linhardt enjoys teasing people. His tired expression is the only one he wears so it’s easy to make people fall for anything he says. Especially a select few girls in his house who have no idea how sarcasm works. Luckily for them, he’s usually too sleepy to let his tricks last too long. After a while, the two have stopped believing anything he says.

Linhardt and Mercedes have an odd friendship, but it’s somewhat there. At some point Linhardt, wandering for a nice place to nap, bumped into Mercedes while she was heading for the chapel. Since then, Mercedes makes sure to greet Linhardt when she encounters him, sometimes even engaging in light conversation about the monastery cats or how their Faith study is going. 

Linhardt and Mercedes were actually present in the 9 hour battle where Caspar and Felix fought it out at the training grounds. Both of them ended up catching the last few hours. The two ended up having their own battle of who could patch their respective friend up quicker. This definitely increased their bond, especially when Linhardt let Mercedes win to increase her motivation.

Dorothea, Mercedes, Annette, and Hilda basically kidnapped the sleepy man while he was napping under his usual tree. Why, you ask? To dress him up as a beautiful princess, of course. Being a heavy sleeper, he woke up to a full face of makeup and a certain blonde girl screaming at his kidnappers. Apparently he wasn’t the only captive, Looking to the side, he found a beautiful girl with navy hair and a golden dress- Upon second glance, it was the Shield of Faerghus’ second son, Felix. He was absolutely fuming, poor Felix.

Caspar Headcanons

Dorothea one day is curious and she decides to test her luck and touch Caspar’s hair. She honestly was prepared to have her finger pricked but you know what they say, curiosity kills the cat, but satisfaction brings it back. Surprisingly, his hair is the softest she’s ever felt. Caspar is confused but Dorothea is smiling ear to ear and she runs off. Let’s just say a suspicious amount of rumors start to pop up in the monastery about Caspar having softer hair than Linhardt.. And let’s just say Caspar got more attention in that week than any other week in his life.

Caspar has the tendency to bite his nails when he’s nervous. Though most see him as a strong guy (even though he’s tiny), he gets nervous more often than one would expect.

Although he has the biggest fighting spirit in the entire monastery, he actually can’t stand fighting in front of Linhardt, it bothers him. Unless, of course, some asshole decides he would pick a fight with Linhardt, then he tells Lin to close his eyes.

Even though she may not agree, Caspar thinks of Bernadetta as one of his closer female friends. Although, one might question his perspective on friendship. The most Caspar and Bernadetta have interacted is the former carrying the latter while she writhes in his hold.

Caspar LOVES carrying people. End of story.

Caspar and Felix actually get along really well. One day they both are at the training ground and decide to actually interact. Let’s just say it was a draw, they basically passed out after their 9 hour duel. 

Don’t mention his height this kid might actually bite you.
