The TOG Shop vest, size 3x.

I’ve hemmed-and-hawed over getting this vest for three trips or so. It’s a nice cut and color for me, and in 100% cotton. There was some discoloring near one side I was debating was removable or not (if all else fails, dye works). I guess I’ll see after it’s washed and dried.

Due Per Due peacock print dress jacket, size 24w.

I really, really love this jacket. It’s pattern is absolutely beautiful, I love the collar, and it has some deep pockets. Unfortunately, it’s a bit too small for me, so my mom gets to use it. 

It’s needs a bit of work too, a stitch to fix the loose corner of the label, and a couple buttons need to be tightened.

Reba Woman top, size 3x. In a brilliant blue with nice embroidery and little rhinestones (not that you can tell with these photos).

Calvin Klein jacket in black, size 3x. Bought for $10.

This is worth every penny. It fits, flatters, and is versatile. It also fills a gap I’ve had in my wardrobe for ages. 

I’m pretty sure it’s the same top as this Macy’s top. Which retails for $139 normally and is currently on sale for $83.

This shirt is rather large for a 1x, likely fits a 2x. I really love the color and pattern here. It’s for my mother, along with the brown c&b and the talbot stuff.

A thrift find from two weeks ago.

A Cato’s brand, black velvet cape, size 3x. Yes, I bought a cape...originally sold by Cato’s. That’s odd on so many levels. Well...Halloween is coming up. Bought for $4.

Karen Kane cardigan in grey and black leopard print, size 3x. It’ll be nice this autumn. Bought for $6.

Catherine’s brand red and black floral print dress, size 3x. It’s rather short for a dress by my standards, and it’s sheer enough to need another layer. I’ll probably wear it over my plain little black dress during winter. I rather like it.

It needed a little tending when I got it, but my sweater shaver did the trick.

This is my favorite Catherine’s item in all of my wardrobe. The pattern is beautiful and it features some of my favorite colors all at once.

A thrift find from two weeks ago.

A beautiful Reuge music box. The box itself is is perfect condition and features what I think are daffodils. Unfortunately, the movement itself is over-wound, so the spring probably needs replaced. A project for the future, that. I also don’t link the ink on the underside of the box, so I’ll need to find something to remove that (probably the toothpaste method). Plays “It’s a Small World.”
