Life's mystery...

Sometimes I can’t control my stress levels, they eat at me.. I know it’s slowly taking life away from me. When will this toxic substance exit my body? I lack control and all I need is control, “an outlet” I’m told, that’s what I need. I will master this and know that life has only beautiful things in store for me, struggles included. Thank you life for your vastness of mystery… My journey shall be great!
