I'll even portion your food trays so that you can accurately enter your macro & calories into any mobile calorie tracking app such as @loseitapp etc. How does it works ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1). We meet at the grocery store and I help you select healthy foods that you'll like. Here you'll also make a 50% deposit for services with the remaining due upon you satisfactorily receiving your meals. 2). You purchase the foods, Tupperware, spices etc. 3). I take the allotted food items and prepare them according to your goals & nutritional needs. 4). Upon completion we meet and you receive your meals with instructions on how to store your meals and prepare your eating routines for work/school/travel etc. 🍴NOTE: All meals to be delivered within 6-18 hrs once I receive the food items and within an hour once done cooking. Each customer will receive 9-12 weighed/portioned fully cooked and seasoned meal trays good for a typical week depending on the person. In addition to the food trays... several cooked item (i,e. extra meats, veggies etc) will be prepared and packaged for freezer storage depending in the amount of food the customer provides me to cook for them.
