Head in my hands. Sorry guys I. Don’t actually know when I’ll be back.

I’ve been on an indefinite hiatus without actually saying so, and I feel bad about how I keep saying I’ll come back will and never do, but it feels like I’m just being tossed from stressful situation to stressful situation constantly this past year or so and trying to upkeep my blogs here may just add on to that instead of being fun, like I want them to be.

Once enough things settle I’ll try and see if I can pick one or two blogs back up, but I might not be able to, and I probably won’t pick up Tossy’s again until I know I can handle it.

Ooc post!

It’s been around a month since I posted- and even longer since I was posting regularly. And I’ll be honest, it started as my fixation faded due to my initial time away, and ended with me dreading coming back. To this blog, specifically. Because there’s just so much about it that I grew to dislike, and some things that I actually hate. (It’s primarily a lot of mistakes I’ve made regarding the story and, to a much lesser extent, the way I ended up accidentally butchering Guy’s personality due to my own anxiety about being perceived as mean.)

But I still do love this blog, and I love my characters, and the stories I can tell, and goofing around with other people online. And I want to fix the things that suck instead of leaving the blog to rot. I don’t think I can just retcon certain things and continue- besides the obvious issues, I don’t remember much of what I actually did have planned, and I genuinely wouldn’t know how to keep the plot going without just making more problems.

So, ultimately, I’m choosing to do a soft purge and story reset. And I’m taking this chance and running with it- hopefully in the right direction lol.

I’m going to make one more post, and then this blog is going to be quiet until I’ve gotten it all ready. Meanwhile, if you’d like to follow my hub blog for updates and general ooc chatter, you can find it @mareepsbite.
