If you live in Chaoyang District, Beijing, there’s a possibility you’ve passed by a waterway called Bahe. It’s a canal that winds from the second ring road, all the way out to the east of the city. I often walk along the path and notice that at different times of the day, there’s a big difference in the sounds. So, I collected a bunch of recordings and put them together as a 6-track EP on leaf /// wave sounds.
