Have you ever heard the story of Whole Foods and how it came to be? Wait, first, before we dive in, let's make sure we're all on the same page. Do you know what Whole Foods is? For those of you outside the US, UK, and Canada, Whole Foods is basically a grocery store, yes... but not just any grocery store. It's a high-end grocery store that sells high-quality, organic, and natural products—think of your local grocery store, but more elevated, more luxurious... and depending on where you live, maybe actually nothing like your local grocery store at all. In the video for this community lot, I dive into the story of Whole Foods, share the inspiration that went into building this beautifully functional lot, and at the end, I do a playthrough to show just how smoothly the lot operates. While I never intended to share this lot, I've had so much fun with it in my game over the months that I knew I had to share it with you all! ❤️

٩(＾◡＾)۶ OMG Guysssss! I'm so back! Most of you know my pc was on its last legs... literally click, wait 5 minutes, get a sandwich, then "oh look, the pc finally registered that I clicked something" 💀😂 But I got a new pc for my birthday and I am so excited to jump back into sims!

I was so nervous about switching to windows 11 as I've heard all the issues others have had with trying to run sims 2 on it, but so far the transition seems to be going more smoothly than expected!(✌ﾟ∀ﾟ)☞ sooo for the next week catch me on the computer dehydrated and attached to the keyboard ROFL because I am totally about to be glued to the screen.

Hey besties! I've been M.I.A and for good reasons, so many good changes have been happening over on the sims blog and the new community lot Daxby's is releasing soon. 🌟 Lot Reveal Time! 🌟

°˖✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧˖° OMG, you guys are amazing! 57% of you totally guessed it right—talk about some top-tier detective skills! 🕵️‍♀️✨ This Thursday’s community lot release is Grocery Mart! So if you guessed café or lunch bar, you were sooo close, since this lot has a coffee bar, lunch bar, and plenty of room to shop and hang out!

😲 Look closely as this lot has minimal cc and yet, still it always feels so alive! I've been playing it in my own game for about a year and everything about it creates such a realistic shopping experience! ❤️ Truly my favorite lot to play. Wait, I Can Explain!! | A Blog Update

Hey Simmers! 🎉

If you haven't noticed, I made some changes today to how I organize my Tumblr blogs! Wait... I can explain—haha! 😅

When I first started using Tumblr cough cough like two weeks ago, I had no idea how this thing worked! I somehow ended up with two blogs—my main one (which I technically made in 2009 but only had like three reblogs 😆) and a new Sims 2 blog just for sims 2 content.

At first... this wasn’t a big deal, but then I realized that in Tumblr communities, only your main blog can create/repost content. (Who knew?! ROFL) This caused some confusion, with some people following my Sims 2 blog and some following my main blog—which made things messy real fast.

So, to hopefully fix the confusion, here’s the new setup:

It's official! The results are in from our first Sims 2 Lot Upload voting cycle—and a BIG thank you for making it so exciting! Available for download now!

If you missed it our community voted on the next free downloadable lot upload! It was down to 'The Asian Street Food Market' and this 'Teen Beech Community Center' and this one won out! Alas, this is a lot that I have had in my sim worlds' for about a year now, it's loved and played often in my households that have teen sims. I hope you have fun with in your sims game too!

You guys asked for it and I was happy to oblige !!! I finally got around to building this Sims 2 eclectic & cozy residential cottage as a match to the Paris Café & Bakery. It was quite a challenge to build a home that had the coziness of a small witches cottage, while still maintaining a mix of modern & Parisian elements. But here we are and its perfect!

Open concept kitchen and dining.

Master bedroom.

Backyard patio, perfect for gardening and grilling.

At last here it is, two builds later, and I think I did a wonderful job! With this open floor concept you can still have that small cottage look, with out it actually feeling like a small cramped cottage. There is plenty of space to entertain, read, and smustle with other sims. The addition of the backyard patio gives you a nice area to garden, grill, and even do some yoga.

I die! I die! 👻 ... literally passes out, because this has to be my best Sims 2 community lot build to date! And with only 6 custom content items, this was a feat that I did not think I would be able to accomplish! In fact, it took me about 4 months to complete this build; that's human months, not Sims months—haha. What a challenge! Available for download now!

From the swanky 1st-floor lounge to the cute and cozy 2nd-floor bakery, I became obsessed with the idea of a small, Paris-themed café that my Sims could go to for a chat, a cup of coffee, and a delicious pastry. And now, I’m thrilled to share it with you!
