When I find the pusher in my body, its hand stretched across the back of the base of my neck in a wide grip, pusher’s whole body gets behind its long strong arm and pushes me forward and too fast but also down at the top, at the head — encouraging me to rush and hurry and do more and faster and who cares if you’re bent crooked and miserable in the process. Pusher encourages me almost to the point of dangerous face plant.

What is pusher protecting me from — from external pushers whose goal is to push me into face plant and roll over me, quashing squashing my existence.

If my internal pusher keeps pushing me first maybe I can keep out front running away at the edge where I’m almost… allowed honest existence.
