Was Simple Class I close To the Mesial Canals (as seen Into the Pre Op X-ray with Recurrent Caries) and with New Interproximal Lesion (Decay) Distally And Complete Broken Distal Wall Fresh only Two Days Ago When She Done The Old Filling Her Parents Told Me The Pain Was With Sweets And Cold Only Today She Suffer From Hot&Cold After The Preoperative X-ray I found that Mesial Canals is very Narrow in Relation To Distal And This In most of the cases is normal but not in such young Age . Patient Age, Gender, profession, Medical History, Medication and origins and sometimes the questions he ask you before you start the treatment Patient History About the targeted tooth even if 3 Years ago or more like pain with sweets then cold then hot or it was asymptomatic then get broken and many combined symptoms which he can describe to you. as in most of the cases patient doesn't visit you except if he has symptoms or Broken tooth So History is Very Important as you can imagine the nature of remaining tissues inside the canal and combined with the next point imagine what initiative file to start with not by trial and error Like 8,10……etc. (to Be Discussed In Episode 4) Preoperative X-ray at Least in with two angulations (If No CBCT Available) with proper dose so you can imagine the anatomy of the canals get ready for all the variations that you could find so if you don’t have the proper tools and sizes please just start …. Relief the symptoms and continue next visit but for me if it is vital try as much as you can to finish in a single visit.
