imo he and MJ got together in high school, like freshman year. i personally didn’t lose my virginity until i graduated, and i know a lot of people who didn’t lose it until after they got college degrees. he and mj were young and with spider-man, he wasn’t able to be her boyfriend as much as im sure he would’ve liked to.
