Had a fairly terrible day at work today, got called saying I was late because my schedule was changed. Hurried to work, no breakfast or coffee. Scarfed down a small sandwich and then worked out after the job but have been struggling to get my calorie count high enough.
I hate when my plans go awry but the days over and I found tater tots in my freezer. I have never been so happy to have tater tots.
Did Batgirl workout today was only able to do three if the 10 sets but I chalked it up to fatigue, so got on the bike for the last half hour and watched Kiki's Delivery Service. I won't lie, it made working out amazing.
