why do i feel like im in a wl competition with my friends or family when they’re not even disordered 😭
why living outside of america is the best thing you can do for @n@
1.nobody at home knows what i look like and it motivates me to become unrecognizable while im gone
2.every girl on the street is walking thsp0
3.most stores only sell one size and it’s fcking tiny
4.zero c@l stores are on every corner
5.regular cafes, restaurants, or stores have extremely low c@l or zero sugar options
6.c@l counts on food are wayyyy more precise and accurate, even “zero c@l” drinks from america have like 10 c@ls
7. cities are walkable, so i naturally get way more steps
i have a set budget for food but instead of buying food with every cent, i’m using the remaining profit (about 280$) to go on a brandy shopping spree at the end of the month… honestly the best motivation
food will be around forever but you only have so much time in life that you can be young AND skinny, and what’s one without the other?
naturally skinny people are so unfair because wym my friend is one inch taller, 20 pounds lighter, and eats double the food 🤨
i’m sooo shaky and dizzy tonight but instead of eating, i’m thinking about how flat my stomach is going to be when i wake up
what i ate today:
lunch: popcorn (150 c)
dinner: 2 soup packets with oranges and grapes (206 c)
total: 356 c
pre-party dinner! just enough to soak up the alcohol
the first meal after fasting for 24 hours is sooo satisfying because wym i got full on half a sandwich, i don’t even like sandwiches, and it was the best sandwich i’ve ever had. all. at. once.
before binging, think about the fact that the urge to binge is going to pass whether you eat or not , but only one choice leads to satisfaction when you wake up the next morning
i’m going partying later which means i can only eat 300 calories so the alcohol doesn’t take me over and then i’ll be dancing for 7 hours straight, but hey, at least i’ll look great in my dress :)

why does it feel like a trophy every time i stand up and get dizzy with black vision
why did nobody warn me it’s so hard to get skinny? like i have to plan out my calories before i eat anything for the entire day and all of a sudden everyone wants to invite me to spontaneous dinners… like i only have so many excuses 😩
