A financial advisor for the bustling central town known as Sunrise Square. After the Prism War of some years back, Cotta was the first to respond to the driven-out demon's request for shelter. With some convincing, she convinced the board to allow financial support to be funneled into the now-erected Shadeveil. In return, the chief of Shadeveil, Asmodeus Glade, must enroll her son and his friend to work on some "top secret" missions from time to time. These missions mainly involve eliminating the mutant core spawn, handling the rising Liquim threat, and the like. She's their handler, so she's quite close to the energetic duo as a result.
