Time for another night out in the city, it seems. She decides to dress for the occassion, wearing a shirt that says ‘Don’t talk to be about my feelings’.

..

A bit on the nose, sure. But she’s come to learn that people here don’t really get the message unless it’s spelled out for them. Literally.

She agreed, of course. But she’d keep that to herself. Part of being a hero meant having an image to uphold. Not that she particularly cared for how others viewed her, but inspiring nothing but the absolute best in others came with the job.

Her blank stare persists for a few seconds before, eventually, something cracks. A chink in her otherwise flawless armor causes a very light snort to make it past her lips. A genuine, honest to goodness smile from the queen of frowns herself.

“ Pff. Robin Hood could never.. ”

“ Being famous isn’t really appealing to me. Fame gets super weird after a certain point. Like, people making a theme song for you levels of weird..  ”

“But what if I went to school for stealing?”

     feline ears twitch, picking up the sound of paper crumbling between fingers. it certainly wasn’t her and one eyebrow raises.

               “ Did you get something different? Or the complete opposite? “

Oh.. Fuck.

“ .. Nope. Same thing you got. And something about my soul being blacker than the dead of night or whatever. Not that it matters, right? It’s just some random silly thing.. ” 

She’s just gonna.. carefully throw the crumpled paper at a nearby bush behind her back.

Just as long as no one starts calling her pure. She can already feel her cheeks threatening to redden at the thought of it.

That was exactly what she was thinking about and not dying of embarrassment that she was apparently labeled ‘too pure for this world’. Just to be safe, she crumples the paper behind her back.

It takes literally all of her strength to give the other a pack of Cheez Its she had on her person. This isn’t the kind of thing she does with anyone but her closest of friends, but.. She felt drawn to this person, for some reason.
