So if any of you guys have read the MW2 Ghost comics, I thought I’d redraw some of the panels in there. I do like to think reboot Ghost has the exact same backstory (bc this guy has gone through some shit ☠️). Anyways, I did some funky maths to try translate og ghost’s age to the reboot, so I estimate/hc? that reboot Ghost is around 26 when the whole Roba thing goes down

I kinda tried to mix the way I draw reboot Simon and the face from the old comics (???). I hope I’ve somehow managed to make him look younger + still traumatised af. At least when I was reading the issues, I thought he looked pretty traumatised ☠️. If you haven’t read the comics - be warned that it is really messed up and it is shown that ghost is sa’d. It’s only 6 issues, so it doesn’t take long to read.

There’s actually a lot of interesting things brought up in the comic.. one of them being a (potential) explanation for why ghost wears a skull mask/baclava despite having PTSD from Roba. Also Shepherd employs Ghost even though he basically failed all his psych evals. This dude was serving WITHOUT being mentally stable, yeesh

If you guys ask me stuff about reboot ghost ahshsmdhf i’ll happily make a post about it. I soaked up those comics like a dry sponge and there’s so much in there that fleshes out ghost as a character imo !!
