fallen angel learning the meaning of life, love, and loss as it relates to the aids epidemic of the early 1980s in new york city (soon to be published; look for an angel's musing at the end of the world once it comes out. i will link it here)
the second coming of jesus is a repressed gay boy in a jewish boarding school (mirrored retelling of christ's life until his death through the lens of a queer coming-of-age novel) (working title: They Called Him Joshua)
burnt out writer ends up having to save the world as a metaphor for the healing power of stories
guy who just wants to get his folk studies degree accidentally stumbles into the vampire polycule situationship of his nightmares while slowly unraveling the mystery surrounding his grandmother's shady past (written in the format of an academic dissertation/thesis)
one-act play about a priest in a dysfunctional town who hears increasingly more unhinged confessions that really should just be told to the people they're targeted towards (commentary on how religion ultimately refocuses the aim of someone's life from the tangible to the perceived future when the present is what really should be worked on and improved) (working title is sorry, father!)
