You guys... Aldi has GF vegan waffles. My new breakfast or late night snack go-to. Topped with avocado lime mousse and unsweetened coconut. So much yum.

Small Victory, Big Impact
Just grabbed the entire container of hummus, ready to binge after already eating my blue container for the day. I stopped, looked at it, and then said to myself: "You know what? No." I put it back in the fridge without binging. Small victories are everything. They add up to big results.

Best... snack... ever. Buffalo cauliflower! I roasted a head of cauliflower in 1 tbsp coconut oil for 30 mins at 400 degrees (with salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder sprinkled on it). When it was done, I tossed it in hot sauce.
