For my birthday this year I lost my voice utterly, it's been a week and only now am I back to "sexy frog" levels. Most of last week I sounded like a terrifying snake monster who's trying to imitate human speech and like of course you can't take PTO to stay home and properly rest your voice if you ever want to go on an actual vacation any time soon, because capitalism.

Prednisone helped until I got the inevitable 'rhoid rage/mood swings, and I'm so scared that without it the inflammation will return and I'll be a snake again. People are really cruel to you when you're a snake ;_;

Why are there suddenly foxes everywhere screaming at night? Everyone is reporting a sighting lately. One was under my window yesterday yelling at Charlie. He's hardly a threat behind a pane of glass and I doubt she was using a mating call on account of Charlie is a different species, has no testicles and also it's not fox mating season (yes I googled)
